Pure was the love affair
Simple was the look
One look was all it took
For me
So young
So fair
To fall

In the deepest of deeps
Love's passion burned
In Love's keep
All I knew was his scent
His smile
His omnipresent glow
The very sun shadowed in comparison

Soon Love took on the form of another
His touch
His embrace
His tenderest of caresses
He was
It was
Love will forver remain

Simply infatuation

Infatuation can be as sweet as honeysuckle or sour as a temptingly forbiden pack of sour patch kids...

I know the feeling.
