Lost in a moment between written words
I pause with the thinking the lines impart,
The sound in my ears echoes what was heard
And dives deep to the center of my heart.
Can I still hear you?
No, heard nevermore,
Nothing I can do
None I can implore,
I just continue reading your letter,
Emotions that you express there so plain,
The reading did not make me feel better,
The memories can’t ease the loss or pain.

Gloom

Thank you, Sea,
I also am pleased you were able to sneak in
and find my words a pleasure.

I've received letters
such as this...
you derive the feelings
and lay them plain

but if you have never received one
I don't know if the thunk can be recalled
or the deep emptiness they leave within...

sometimes, it does take experience...

thank you, Sir.

Beautifully written. Brought tears to my eyes. Reminds me of the last letter I got from my ex Greg.
