Barely lit,
Golden fingers invade warm slumber
The print of you still glows along
The curve of me
And night has passed so quickly
In a velvet wave
That carried us to rumpled mountain tops
on flights of fantasies
She saunters as she smiles
Dawn,
The amber glimmer in a rosy glow
Gathering my breath in her palm
Handing me her energy to rise
Barely lit,
My skin still wearing scents of night rain
And you
Swathed in pleasure soaked linen
I follow quietly that scent
Down oak gleamed steps
Past smoldering embers
For my cup is filled and carried
I find the print of you
Still warm in the morning sun
As I curve into my place
Complete
