and a distance great of a thousand miles,
yet my thoughts hold you for a while,

and I listen for a reply,
for sounds, one whisper,
to know my touch…

Bill, I have a feeling that when you are with your lady, you see that you make such beautiful memories that neither of you will ever forget......no matter the distance in space. That's what my Honey-Love and I do....and we keep the flame burning through phone calls and letters and poetry. So how could there not be wonderful dreams when the distance is separating us physically? We are never separated in heart or spirit.

I know that you know what I mean.
