In a church,
Prayer is the silenced prose
Of the chambered walls,
Where a faceless choir sings a song of cold stone
And dead wood sculptures,
As a tapestry of the echoed
Monoliths combine
As a congress of weak voices.
I'm in pain.
It's sympathy for the shards of light
Reflected in glass windows
Resurrected in time,
Until the songs fade.

Hey people.  I haven't been online in awhile.  Just wanted to share what I've been working on.  Let me know how it sounds so far.  Does it make sense?  This was my experience in a church.

I had to read this one twice. It's complex, and I like that. I can't do it myself, but I like reading it when others do.
