Gaze within destiny's eyes
Disillusion your pain
Slake the tears
With the sweetest psalms
Break down those barriers
That hinder you from the present
Turn up the volume
To all that is going on around you
Drown out the nightmares
That haunt your thoughts
Put all your trust into the stars
Into your dreams
Into God
And into the presence of the Angels
Delve soul first
Into the feeling of hope
You know that is just around the corner
Don't be afraid
To sleep with the lights out
Be your own
Light within the dark
I know it's hard
And a bit hypocritical
Coming from me
But I know in order to begin
You must Love yourself
Before you can trust or love anyone else...

If at first you don't succeed destroy all the evidence that you tried.

There's an old saying, Know Thyself. I do and that's what makes it hard to love myself. Great writing as usual
