“FOR ONE FAIR” by Bill Charles ~~~~ I’m fresh out of a poet’s words, my muse has gone on vacation, don’t know what to write tonight, I’m sure there’s an easy solution… Perhaps I’ll just write about you, with romantic words from inside, ones of love’s caring and mystery, something maybe different, untried… But it would be for her that’s new, she of romance, but still not seen, wonder how I would do that, to pen about someone pristine… So my eyes close and I’m with thought, of a woman gentle, but don’t know where, perhaps it‘s the romantic being inside, that keeps me searching for one fair… ~~~~ |
