thus begins the dry birth squeeze
slam the blind of self-defense
quick of silver in saline
dripping through the lash-post fence
in the valley of no sleep
over apple orchard yield
down to corner potter's field--
the laughter dulls to weigh the test--
cider now upon my chin
staining sorrow on my breast--

I weep.

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Karen, self-defense can certainly feel impossible when endearing the tears, dearest friend, I think such matters such involve more offense, as contradictive as it sounds, as we must reach for the sun and when you find yourself start running, you find the second, or third wind! (sigh) I send angel hugs your way, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Karen, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Oh I do like the way you describe this... painful, but somehow easier to bear because in your words one finds they are not alone in the bearing. Thanks so much for sharing!
