Horn for Pawn

Little boy blue has lost his horn
He’s hocked it for the sake of pawn.
He could not find esthetics note
To cross the magic of its moat

The more he tried the more it hid
He could not raise that secret lid
He wished to capture essence bind
And seemed to him he was quite blind

It haunted him the night and day
It stifled him to find a way
He played the scale until it wore
And could not squeeze it any more.

And tears formed in his face of frown
He thought they thought he was a clown
It’s then it happened deep within
He smiled a smile that was a grin.

He bought it back and blew that horn
Sheep in the meadow, cows in the corn.

This is so sweet that I will refrain from going for the obvious joke, as I am wont to do from time to time.

I won't even talk about "tootin' yer own horn."

Nope.

Won't do it.

Mornin' sy!

The sheep in the meadow
The cows in the corn
Sy's out to pasture
And can't find his horn

Oops! That didn't come out write!

The sheep in the meadow
The cows in the corn
Sy's in the pasture
Just blowin' his horn!

There! That's better!

Love and hugs, Dear Blew One!

(big hugggsssssss) Oh my gosh, so that is how the cows came back home, someone has got to call them home if you ever expect to see them again! (sigh) Looks like you've struck the right chord, yay, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Seymour, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!
