A thousand beats of yesterday
in tune to a song once sung.

A time of moon rises, sunsets on
shimmering seas washing a sandy shore.

Memories held within a beating heart.

Feel the breeze that flutters, feel the
touch that causes pause.
Feel the shudder of passion...
Warmth of a pillow resting
silently in wait for once again...

Today the vine curls upward...
Tomorrow the grape ripens
as tender lips brush in
waiting thirst....

Come....drink the vintage of
love aging....aged love...
As a new day rises upon
the last ray of a
silver moon’s
set.

Hello Barry

Another beautiful piece from your heart.  It is so nice to be able to read your words again.

Take care......Sue
