The Soul That Wept

Sounds of nature bring her rest
as she closes eyes in thought
Her salty tears can attest
of the pain lost love has brought

A breeze that caresses face
reminds of a touch not felt
She goes to a hidden place
as singing words make her melt

The full moon creates a dream
of a time when much was shared
Forever will she now deem
no other love has compared

Loss flows from the soul that wept
for the treasure she had found
With the pain she will accept
unseen wisdom most profound

Startime

reminds of a touch not felt

Hello Startime

Your words were nothing short of breathtaking and I savoured every breath.  Your words are good for the soul.

(big hugggsssssss) Yes, loss brings wisdom but moreover, life is not about loss and the wisdom will only lead you to the most gifted love of all! (sigh) God Bless You, sweet friend, this is deep honest writing, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Karen, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!
