Best I Can Do For A Love Poem

do you find comfort
in your pain
are you being touched
does the empty remain
is there a constant loss
for words in your speech
when similar sounds
are within your reach
do dreams escape you
as you sleep
trouble from the edge
that runs so deep
for you I would give all
I am and try to exceed
where you could finally believe
and another touch and carry your need
