if tears could have been
hidden
under wraps of false smiles
like dust buried
under carpets and rugs
filled with designer patterns
covered by style
they would have been

but no,
I am not succeeding
I am spraying my tears
splashing them around
there is no victory
and the thorns
of the roses I gave you
are hurting me still
and my palms
are coloured in the red
of bricks

for now,
I am in suffer
maybe one day the
big vessel will empty itself
and there shall be
no more tears
for dry rivers don’t run
and empty hearts don’t beat
they just lie in conceal
like camouflaging
iguanas

giving joy to visitors
of the zoo

Sudhir,
This is so deep I had to dig a hole to uncover it. But I enjoyed the dig.

My goodness my smiling friend, this is a very heartfelt write. Sad, but awesome just the same. Me thinks it should be in my library!! Hope you are well. Chris

Sudhir~

Yes, I, too understand...and am in awe of it's depth...you've come a long way in your writing and I am saving this.  GAWD I relate and even at that, I could have never expressed it as phenomenally as you have.
