Affections Are Written True Our hands never touched Eyes having never gazed Although thoughts of you Fill up most of my days Those special goodnights Of wishes warm and true The feelings I am penning Placed in rhyme for you How strange can this be I send thoughts your way My reason for reaching I think of you each day Expressing love this way I am hoping will never end Because I cannot forget You said forever friend I send you my appreciation Affections are written true My mind knows for certain There is no other like you Hope©2003 |
