Searching for a symmetry,
a face that turns the night
from heavy shelves of vain regret
to hopes of dawn-blessed light;

watching through an empty glass,
a local room in town;
a smile that shows the world is young
in seconds steals a frown

and in walks love, without a sound
no clattered, chattered doors;
a simple thing delayed by words
and eyes at grounded floors

the cliché of a racing heart
becomes a thump so real,
to wake the man so sorry now
once praying not to feel;

descriptions of her hair, these eyes,
temptations failed by lines
that try to write a simple thing:
of Love – the certain signs.

Very well written,
in these lines is held the secret.

Wonderful writing. I like this a great deal. Deeply felt, and written with such skill..

this just touches.
