Hearing for the first time
the lull, hurting my ears
yet a welcome pain,
for I am alive and unsaid words
can not change

the silence.

Is a golden sunset beyond my reach,
one so bright as to overshadow
the night?

While the darkest hour may be
without sound, I am not without.

And then my heart raced
like the bubble in champagne
to the top of the glass,
and it burst open,
tickling my nose

and it listened
again.

When you think you have heard it all,
listen more closely.

(smiles) Oh Dorene, this is lovely, sweet friend, there are so many things better left unsaid but there are many times just seeing the spark in ones eye or the smile on ones face you know EXACTLY what they're thinking, yay, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Dorene, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

I would hope that it is within the reach of each of us.

Some silences are maddening, I know.
Thanks for peeking in, M.
