Its on the deck of cards if you care
to stand apart and threathen to glare
at the order of things, migrations take wing
as in salty sands, oysters beds sing

to stand apart from the rest of the deck
a real general or insignifcant fleck?
pick the card and cause some change
keep your composure in this sad game...

game of risk..stakes go up,
in a hand lay a chosen cup
leaders rise to topple in their folley
horses race after another volley

reader, what do you say about intervention
about colleced cards of introspection?
would you enter a state of radical abuse
surround another trophy,
while crooks run loose...

so political maps change their scene
a trial without cause can pass as obscene
in the oyster's mouth, grain are lain
and pearly growth requires some pain..

the pain to remain just figures on cards
from the pottery all is left is shards
of the house you kept, you venerated yourself
stached millions of dollars of untold wealth

you are the schemer of crimes against humanity
today, tomorrow and the next
but until I reach insanity,
I'll marvel at your ignorance over one petty detail
how your legacy could ever amount to more
than just a leadership on a deck of cards.

Guess the answer to my questions lies in how the game is played and who can keep the upper hand...thanks for reading

These cards you write of...have disturbed me so much.  The deck is often stacked...and sometimes it is hard to tell the Ace from the Jack. Smiles from TD

it is strange to see how leaders could land up on a deck of cards, but hen again why take this game all so seriously
