Kissed By A Butterfly
By: Noah Eaton
6/27/01

A dream melted into my kaleidoscope bed
Ember wings searing away at hoarfrost laments true
Persimmon desires ablaze this mysterious beauty
Landing to rest upon my dew-kissed jade womb

Spring flutters in dance of jocose grace
Summer painted in red wingtips, resembling the love we make
Autumn's colors basking around me in her presence
Winters snowflakes freckle her soft face everyday

Jovial petals reach up to her, wreathing her close
Her gentle tongue searching the pistils of my heart she drinks
Sipping my nectar, digging depper into my love for her
Embraced by a monarch angel, feathered in her wings

Now I know dreams are meant to be, miracles can happen
Holding true love in a dream's metamorphosis
Fluttering in my heart, my love flitters as she titters happily
Holding me close, embracing her sweet butterfly kiss...

And that's the most wonderful thing about creating. It will always be a mystery.

***Shakira***

The delicate tendrils of your captivating words reach out and gently wrap themselves about my soul...

You truly, truly, truly are a poet--and an artist.

Absolutely positivly no doubt about it this is an AWESOME peice!!!! Your talents are quite amazing, Noah

I do not know whether I was then a man dreaming I was a butterfly, or whether I am now a butterfly dreaming I am a man.
