In resonance
Strings vibrate from touch
Rough ridged fingers finding chords
Scrape counterpoint
In quiet
A slide
To tones float on ear

Each note a cut,
Quick to my heart,
Let me bleed your music
Let me need

Bridge keys
To unlock this feel
Of crazy oh lazy
Unknown memory

Darken the room
And let me sit here in blind
With my ears searching each
Half noted pick
For perfection

Play me...
Play for me...
Again

Happy to know that I'm not alone in this pastime, the quiet listening to past times

Good listening, even without the orchestra.

Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.  Unknown

Ron...I can feel the emotional pull of the notes you hear, even from this distance.

As Brian said, it is haunting...

An emotional tug of feeling
strung up in memory

I can hear the music play

Enjoyed this

(sigh) Nothing is ever as well played as the encore, seems to hit home more than the whole regular program itself! (big hugggssssss) This is powerful, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Ron, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

And that's the most wonderful thing about creating. It will always be a mystery.

We feel lots of poems in our hearts -- but not many through blistered fingertips.

Looking across the room at mine right now, fingers curving on their own....
