Moonlight Moonlight lights a wistful way Stirring shadows into play Cleaving light impairing sight Making magic cold moon light. And fantasy rides the blur Stirs the mind into a whirr Slurs the process into mist Capturing a form of gist Phantoms ride the edge of tense Form into a form of sense Shape the whimsy of your thoughts Into something that you sort So the magic of moonlight Full of echoes inner sight Gallops in the inner seem Making it peruse a dream. It is a whimsy of your lend A tour and sail around a bend. |

Sy, this brings a wonderful memory to my mind, one of moonlight falling on an old time ship that I had the chance to see in Alaska, as it drifted up the Inside Passage in the wee hours of the morning in the mist.
