and I come to you

moon-toothed
rollercoaster spined
with slaughterhouse feet

and you accept

my hands

next to yours

holding the soil
that will be

our tomatoes

I am humbled
hallowed
haloed
by your white
picket
fence

I am you

as I curtsy in return

half-moon grin of cup receives
the lotion of us--
I annoint--
with just a teardrop's joy I beg--
magick for your weary feet

for they've been walking miles...to me...

my hands calming

yours--relax...

I twine your fingers
rest your head--

and kiss you

twice between the brow

whispering

"I plant the seeds--

and beg blessings

for our crop..."

I am praised--

exuberance

to gently rock the woes away,

by my name,

serenity,

and brine--

the tide moves moon.

Iamyou.
