 He could walk on water Then change it into wine He could make the blind to see In miracles devine... He was made of flesh and bone And bled upon the cross He gave his gift to one and all So no one need be lost... He was just his father's son Who lives on yet today He still is here to guide us on and show a better way... He takes on many human names Is known as many things He's worshipped universal And much needed hope he brings... So on this day of Easter, We can rest assured He's near Our prayers for peace and no more war Are ones that He will hear... Let's pray for all the children too Spend time with them this day Our future waits within their hearts And He will guide their way... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A very Happy Easter to all, and may this day bring us closer to understanding and enlightenment.... ~~ Sunny ~~ Accept these small gifts from my gypsy heart ~~S~~ |
