The breaking of sunset
The feel of the winds
Reflections in the pond
As life branches a new stem

Leaves falling in closure
Jewels to the sky
A creation of embarkment
The fragment of a journey

The flawless night of stars
The moonlit skies arise
Made of wishes, bound by hope
That live inside the lights

Two eyes that slowly close
One heart beating full
To take the place of one
And live another time

The passing remains a blessing
While the future becomes a hope
