I woke up this morning
after a long dark night
Before opening my eyes
I noticed
something was different
at first I didn’t know...
Then I opened my eyes
to see my room
in full colours!!!
No trace of black and grey
only colours
wherever I looked...
I opened the curtains
to find the world
smiling at me!!!

And I smiled back...

What a beautiful and positive poem.
If everyone could do this, we would have a much better world.

(smiles) Oh Neeraja, this is beautiful, sweet friend, I have to have color no matter what and my mom is always a fan of gray and black and I'm like, "No way, I need my rainbows, hehehe!" (kiss on cheek) This is precious, sweet friend, yay, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Neeraja, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Yes, this is so uplifting! It'd be nice if we could view each new day as a burst of colours and hopes.

Thank you for sharing this, Neeraja.

I am so happy that this little poem makes others happy as well... smile... for me that day was the first of many 'coloured' days after a long time...
