Rain falling on light ground
Glass scattered on lost plains
That digs into my skin
As I walk along their edges

Drops of life portray themselves
To be a bitter sympathy
Leeching memory that lies inside
Absorbed to be a hole of question

As I spill what remains
Of a heart that jumps by shadow
Hiding in the reflection
That lusts the hidden truth

And as I look to be alone
And hold what I may touch
I realize it's in this time
That no one stands here with me

life

friendship is unnecessary...like philosophy...like art
it has no survival value...rather it is one of those things that gives value to survival...
