Nonsense

Today I took a pill of mirth
An Email gave it ready birth
It stated things of such absurd
Could not believe a single word.

It made me laugh and guffaw
Until I rolled upon the floor
Until I stopped and said amen
And then it all began again.

Never did I laugh so much
Madness held me in its clutch
And I was willing there to die
In laughing fits and where I lie.

It was an inside joke to me
A storm that howled upon my sea
But symbols being as they are
To you would only spell bizarre.

So this subject I do close for
To open it would bend my nose.

Before I clicked a grin began
fingers ready, in I ran
to see the birth of mirth in flight
THIS is why I passed the night!

Never bored I read the store
of words that would lay me floored!
Then here in wile and guile and glee...
Sy's laughter spills - but not for me...

Would I wish for one like he?
ONLY if he writes sweet poetry!

Ah Sy!  'Tis good to see you in such a cheerful mood!
Sorry you cannot indulge us with the cause of your hearty laughter..
But I have a feeling I wouldn't get it anyway...
being that it was an inside joke.
Now..tea's on..black currant this morn.
My sister will be along shortly with 'the eats'.

~Morning hugs and giggles, Nancy~

dancing with you in the summer rain~

Sunshine
I dub you my number two Tinkerbell
For you too ring my bell.

JM,
No, it's not Mike or Randy, but on rare occasions I would picture something so ridiculous that it could make me hysterical
laughing. Like a blind monkey leading his group to safty. It could come from a statment or an artical in the paper. I never know. But then again it rarely happens. WWRS

Nan
A giggle is good payment.

Nancy,
Thank you sweet, maybe my answer to JM will help. Hugs

Seymour - Hee Hee Hee...you are chuckling to yourself and that's a good thing. Laughter is so good for us. So is your sweet poem this morning. Hot biscuits and honey served to you by a blind monkey?
hugs & giggles, Chris

Seymour, thank you so much for this
delightful poem this morning. You see,
I am exactly the same way. I get so tickled
at the most odd things...and what's really
bad about it is that some of my best friends
are exactly like we are.

I even giggle when someone else gets to giggling.
I just believe there are lots of folks like us,
dear friend, so guess what? You are going to make
lots of people smile and laugh today with this
cute poem of yours. We'll all just sit here behind
our computers and laugh together. HeeHee!!
(think of that scene...LOL)

THANK  YOU,  SEYMOUR!!!
Heart Hugs to you,
Ethel

Number 2 is good for me...
it's just before the number 3
for everyone must have some fun
and Tinker's bell won't be undone!
