you
are
liquid
loveliness
and

my
eyes
drink you
drink
you
while the
world fades
into a softer
focus and
there is
only
this

the flowing
warmth of
you that
nourishes
my
soul

Ed, this is a very soft and tender romantic poem....and this hopeless romantic loves it. This is a side of you that you don't show very often. It's very becoming....

Oh, a nice picture, too.

Hugs,
Ethel

Ed,

This is wonderful. One of the best romantic poems I've read...almost needs to be whispered...

Enjoyed greatly...Glad for the glimpse(s)  of you... smiling here,

Hugs Pat

You know, I've been reading alot of your stuff, and I bet with words like this, you can just about get anything you want out of a woman, huh?   You're one smooth talker, and boy, talk about TALENT!  So much talent, you probably don't know what to do with yourself!  HA HA HA  Keep up the fabulous work sir, I enjoy every piece! I have to agree with Sunshine.
But I am so glad to see such romance in your writing.  It seems to me that ericc doesn't have the patent on romantic poetry.

And she's right. It was whispered to the woman I love....not these exact words, but close enough. ....and much later, whispered again as I wrote it.
