Waiting for something to bring what you need?
Or are you the one with the answer?
Waiting for someone?  Better take heed.
You’re in the soul of the master.

Paper, more paper, pieces of paper,
Muddling through the clues…
Tangled touches and tiny pink flowers,
Fears, memories, and the blues.

How long will you deny your truth, and
Cling to what you don’t need?
Meaningless driftings, tidy them up;
And hope that nobody sees…

Are you forgotten? Are you pursued?
Does it matter? How will you know?
Forgotten the lesson? Better go back,
Return to grace’s threshold.

All of these lessons swim in your head,
Resisting the journey’s new path.
Head in the clouds since love found you,
And you thought that it couldn’t last.

But aren’t you curious? Can you keep walking?
Hold the strand from here to forever…
You’ve thought the line unraveling, love, but
Maybe not, maybe it’s stronger than ever.

This dreamy sleep, you’ve learned to love
Moon’s light, like a kiss from God.
I pray this drift finds me awake…
Awake to the indigo dawn…

Another beautiful write, your words here seemed to be urgent and vulnerable "...How long will you deny your truth, and
Cling to what you don’t need?
Meaningless driftings, tidy them up..."
yeah, people hold onto things that really just end up bringing them down, causing them so lose sight of what's important, and in this case it was the truth being denied.
Enjoyed! ~Talia

Thank you, Black Swan, when I wrote that I was trying to show myself how I was denying my own truth.  Somehow it was easier to stay in denial, though torturous!
Thank you, Neeraja.

What an amazing talent you have..
You pull the reader in and hold them until the very last word.
Well done!
