I.
Beyond the isle of Zanzibar,
across wide oceans far,
Lays a land of new day's born,
The land of birth of morn.

Where dawn of day first ope's her eyes,
To gild the eastern skies,
Heralding sun's radiant light,
The passing of the night.

II.
Beyond the isles of Hebrides,
Across earth's great wide seas,
Lays a land beyond man's wend,
The land of daytime's end.

Where Helios sinks in hurried flight,
To hearken in the night,
Painting skies in hues of splendor,
To crown day's last surrender.

III.
Unknown to man beyond his reach,
Where only gods its walls can breech,
Lays a land of untold story,
Lays a land of unseen glory.

Where night and day both meet when done,
Where vespertine and dawn are one,
Sunrise, sunset, their wonders meld,
A treasured sight, no man's beheld.

IV.
The day will come when all will die,
Across wide oceans they will fly,
To birth of morn and daytime's end,
As the heavens they ascend.

Where eventide and dawning fuse,
Where angels fly and sings the muse,
Where Helios meets himself in glory,
We'll meet as one, so ends my story.

Just wonderful. Number three my favorite. Imagery wonderful throughout. This flows with rhythm from beginning to end, not one flaw.

Enjoyed,
