There is no darkness here
only the twilight of another day
softly spoken night words of love
are all you’re allowed to say.

Bring your heart into this quiet
and lay down upon my breast
breathe slowly and enjoy
the solitude of this rest.

Fret not about the morrow
it will be there when you wake
put yourself into my hands
you give and I will take.

Give me your harried worries
give me your day of stress
I’ll take your cares and stroke them,
soothe them with my caress.

In perfect harmony, we’ll sit
and wait til your soul is eased
then with your smile, I’ll know
that you have been well pleased

PdV,
And such sweet support it is! Very nice. It touches my broken heart in a mending way. Thanks.

(sigh) Oh Sharon, this is so very comforting, sweet friend, in your words there is always compassion and no darkness, here's angel hugs to you, a being of light, and my vote to you, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sharon, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Such a peaceful and comforting spirit you invite here with your words. I would hope that your poem would be published if for subliminal purposes only. Wonderfully relaxing.

To be cared for by such a loving person as yourself, would most assuredly be a blessing.
Your gentleness and caring ways are reflections of  your truly loving nature.
Lovely poem--and sentiments...

~ May all the love that you radiate be returned to  you tenfold...
