Stoic commuters released from the grind, Garden state destined through eternal Route 9, surrounded in sirens amid oceans of fumes, heads buried in headlines missing dandelion blooms, in the 9 - 5 flouresense complacency may come, if you keep your head buried, to the gifts you may numb, let the busride bring magic, as you look to the sky, celestial paintings, on the blackboard up high, the commuter in the Yanks cap sees my face in the smiles, of summer night sunflowers, homeward bound thru these miles [This message has been edited by inkedgoddess (02-13-2003 09:59 PM).] |

Oh how I hated to be a commuter...the boredom...the mundane existence. Nothing exciting about it at all. But this was a good try and a nice read..... A pleasant change. |
