Friday is for Valentines
From the bottom of your heart,
Show your love how much ya care,
And head out to K-mart.

Let her pick out that "Special" card,
One that she'll adore,
Read it there, then put it back,
You'll save two bucks or more.

Then wait there patiently,
For a sale to start,
Perhaps a "Blue Light" special,
On chocolate covered hearts.

Then take her out to dinner,
(A dinner just for two)
(Perhaps Big Mac or Whopper)
It's really up to you.

Then cruise thru a graveyard,
(Flowers are always nice)
Grab a bottle of Mad Dog,
It's quite tasty over ice.

Tell her how much ya love her
On this Valentine's Day,
Get out of your clothes immediately,
Before the kids awake.

Sadly, at this point, even this sounds like a nice V-day to me.

As always, love the humor.

(chuckling)..Toe...that dinner part can be combined with the graveyard if you make a couple of PBJ's to take with you. Besides the extra dollars you save you can also save some time not having to go through the drive through window at McD's.

I usually save the Mad Dog for special occaisions..like relative coming over and me needing something to soothe my nerves... buy her a grape soda and spike it with some grain...it is quicker and she'll be much more likely to get out of her own clothes..or you can help her out of them depending on whether she is still awake herself or not..

Toe..figured in Bama you all were bound to be related... ( chuckling)

guess I needed to be abit more clear there who I was giving the grape soda and grain to... well..back to the warning labels... just another example of why they are needed

I am sure that Aenimal will enjoy this valentine poem that you wrote for him!!! tehe

This was s-o-o-o utterly hilarious---and at the same time s-o-o-o utterly sad! lol

So that is how a southern gentlemen treats his sweetie on Vee-Day! Mind you, the day  seems to end on a very positive note!

Valentine hugs,
EA

Well, sweets... your shopping will be a bit more difficult this year... it's hard to find a K-Mart still open and running those blue light specials! LOL

But you can save a buck or two at Mickey D's or BK if you make sure she sticks to their dollar menus... why splurge on Big Macs and Whoppers when Big & Tasty or double cheeseburgers will do... she's not gonna taste anything anyway after a few sips of Mad Dog? *G*

Better yet... you could call me... I'll take YOU to dinner! LOL

Enjoyed this much... and ROFL at Cpat. *G*

Suthern... now you know Toe has the art of treating a lady well down pat. He is considered in many circles toeriffic..
I'm just trying to learn from him.

Toe, Capt. Ron, Raph, and Duncan......
.
Ya'll are  ALL  BAAAADDDD.
.
.
I do think it's all just a bunch of talk, though, because
I'll bet ya'll can all be Southern Gentlemen if ya'll
want to be.......

.
.
But, if not, ya'll had all better go run
and hide in Duncan's cornfield until Valentine's Day is over,
or all us "hopeless romantics" are going to get ya'll.........
