I’m proud of myself now
I’ve conquered an obstacle
One that stood in the way of me
And stood in the way of my happiness
A mind game that I’ve overcome
Pushed it away so It wont hurt me
Now with it gone the path is clear
And I can almost see the end
I pray that what I need lies at the end
But it will only be the start of things
Great things, happy things, all the things I want
And if I continue to fight
And continue to win
Then the reason I was put on this earth
Will be seen.

i really enjoy reading this poem. it has all the element of good writing, and written from your heart. a wonderful tribute to both hope and faith in fighting for what we want out of life. take care.
