“BENEATH THE WILLOW” by Bill Charles ~~~~ I sat beneath the willow as it wept tears of joy that kissed the lazy stream as it swam on by… Memories are of your desires when we made love under its boughs for the first time on an early summer day… The sun warmed the grass on the bank of the stream as it captured tender sighs, and it carried them gently through the meadow. I remember that special summer day, beneath the willow… ~~~~ |
