Where is the dawn
to this endless night?

The sunny spring days
to end this harsh winter?

How bad does it have to get
before it starts getting good?

If there's light at the end
of the tunnel
I must have taken a wrong turn
because the end is in sight
and I can't seem to reach it.

Now I stop to realize I'm stuck in limbo
between night and day
without Dorthy's ruby slippers
to get me home.

Seems like we are in limbo right now.  This one echoes how I have been feeling for days!!! Great job writing here, Brad...really enjoyed these thoughts!

A truly happy person is one who
can enjoy the scenery on a detour!

I have the slippers, I just don't know where "home" is.

Very nice read.
