Without you
I feel like a drop of seawater
left in a shell on the beach
cut off from it’s source
waiting for the high tide
You are my ocean mijn lief…
my ocean of love
and I’ll wait for the high tide
to pick me up again
so we can dance our waves
in an endless rhythm
into
a future together…

The tide does not remain out
of reach
forever...neither will
your own "mijn lief"...

Thanks for the sweet words!  It is strange... I wasn't writing this as a poem... it was just a memory I had of him and I at the beach a few months ago.  I always like the shells with those drops of seawater in it, they shine like diamants on the beach... so... my mind went back and suddenly the words came.
I just wanted to share... smile... I guess I felt lonely... those Sundays are the hardest...

(smiles) Oh Neeraja, I too know that feeling ever so much, I too feel so lonely now especially without my Joanna anymore but I know with all my heart you will be together with your love and you will be together! (kiss on cheek) This is fabulous, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Neeraja, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

Neeraja - the shell on the beach weaves a tale of things what will be. I hope you have the best of what the shell is saying...
