I tried to pen a love song
But the words just wouldn't flow
I love you for every reason
And I just wanted you to know

Love with you was inevitable
My heart didn't stand a chance
For you swept me off my feet
At the start of our romance

Two souls destined for each other
Our hearts now play in perfect tune
When I feel you here beside me
My spirit soars towards the moon

Love has claimed another victim
Our love will last eternally
As long as the sun keeps setting
Far out across the sea

couple who are very much in love and
I hope I my words compliment their love.

Excellent poem, and a good picture of what love should be. I really loved the last stanza.
