surrender to the void, drifting slowly towards weightlessness, emptiness, self/nonself, awaiting my return, finding lost wings again, beginnings, on the edge of endings, three steps forward, two steps back, do I dare take it all, fading, falling, flying, rejoicing, hanging on, sky falling into the sea, sea rising meeting sky, no separtion no fear, hear the call everything/nothing awaits, shedding layers, exposing who i was, but please take my hand, and meet me there, i am still afraid [This message has been edited by inkedgoddess (01-24-2003 06:44 PM).] |

Yes, and that is just about the point where faith steps in, and a deeper belief in something other than self....at least that is how it was for me in the what seems like hundred of free falls I did..... enjoyed this a lot... Hugs, Pat  ..without surrender, be on good terms with all persons.. |

3 steps forward 2 steps back means you are getting ahead slowly but surely. When you find your courage you will do the right thing for you. Look for the hand thats extend and grasp it. Take the hand and enclose it in yours. Walk hand in hand if even for a little while. And smile that bright smile even if it hides the pain, the disappointments. Have a piece of chocolate and get in the mood. |

Michele, I know this feeling very well. Even with all the love that my Love and I have between us, I still get so afraid sometimes that something unforeseen may happen. But, I'm so glad that both of us are taking the chance that we can make it down this road of life together. I know how hard it is when you've taken a chance and it falls through again, even though you've put everything you have into the relationship. Good luck, sweet Lady.....
