only
the elegant trees,
could offer such beauty,
as they sit gracefully
on their branches,

only
the open skies,
could relinquish
space enough,
for their
glorious free flight,

only
the bottomless ocean,
moved by the loving moon,
could be the inspiration
as their guiding light,
calling them home
from the darkness,

only
a warped boy
like you,
that awakened
a warped girl
like me,
from the deepest of sleep,
could echo
their presence
as they fly by,
in my most
sacred of spots

Warped?  I think not!

Warped, I think not. Misguided maybe. Confused probably. The bottomless ocean doesnt exist, except maybe in your mind. Warp perfection is a terrific contradiction!

Nicely done...and I, too, like the juxtaposition of "warped perfection".  KJ

(smiles) Running is overrated, everyone who dreans to be Prefontaine needs to pace it down and walk and see the beauty before it passes them by! (big hugggsssssss) God Bless You, sweet friend, I love this, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet friend, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

I found this to be quite intriguing. Could you explain what you mean by "warped?"
