One Opportunity

Thirty-thousand above city lights
Highlighted patters of make believe.
Lightning strikes in the distance
Remnants how quickly opportunity leaves.
It could have been stolen
Or never yours to take.
By your words, by your actions
It’s the opportunity you create.
Realize like the lightning strikes
So too life can quickly flash.
Take advantage of every experience
Make every opportunity last.

Hi Smalls,

Nothing small about the wisdom you have acquired in this beauty, thank you so much for sharing.
