Music That’s what it does to me I’m sitting in the corner of a room Staring at a wall That’s all it is to you But to me… I’m flying I’m crying I’m singing I’m dancing This is my world And all it takes Is the beat Around me the world goes on Pain Hurt Grief But right here All I see is me Happy as I could possibly be… I’m running I’m laughing I’m screaming I’m smiling This is my world And all it takes Is the beat You walk past Totally oblivious To what is going on Right in front of you I’m living… I’m climbing I’m falling I’m reaching I’m building This is my world And all it takes Is the beat Nothing else matters Because here You get all the time to yourself And you can bring With you whoever you think Deserves to share This heaven with you Because now… You’re crying You’re living You’re laughing You’re smiling Right here with me. small insignificant useless me |
