Repeat the phrase
'I love you'
every day
to someone new.
Chant this every morning
as you sip
the morning dew.
Sing it from your heart
as you make your morning start
while walking, talking, sleeping,
let it beat within your heart.
You don't need to say it loud,
softest whispers can be heard.
Repeat it to the mirror
as it stares you in the eye,
let it float upon winds and waves
don't let a single day go by
that you keep it hidden
from all the world.

I love you.
Namaste.
Je t'aime.

In any language
its greatest healing power
rests with giving it away
unconditionally
to someone new
everyday.

I love you.
I love you.
I love you.

May ripples of LOVE
become waves of PEACE

Of course, this is the right way to live. If we all did it such positive vibes could only lighten us all. Thanks for the verbal hug, here's one back.

Best way to heal?

Say it to yourself.
