Moved from a shack to a barn

Sitting smugly,
Oddly comfortable
In the midst of a life
Littered
With bits of broken trust

Piled high
With the detritus
Of false starts
And truncated promise

He ignores the rot
And wonders, why
He is alone

These words run deep for me. Excellent...keep them coming

All of these touch beyond the obvious.

Yer writing wisdom Ed.

(which is why I went nuts with the links...
I wan't to read your views on ALL of it.)

You inspire me and make me smile.

It seems the cold air stirs the deepest cauldrons of your mind.
I plead limited ignorance of that sinful list you speak of so eloquently.

I do wish at times we could talk about this stuff. The type can be maddening, (so hard to project tone)

I am sending warm wishes your way, so you'll be around more. (selfish lil witch, ain't I?)

But oh man, there's so many forms of sloth.

LOL at Serenity's brain cell activation. Java is amazing stuff, isn't it?
Ed, I have to admit, this one made me come back for a second cup of you.

Ed, I don't even know how to tell you all the thoughts this series is bringing to my mind. It's probably for the best, anyway. I really don't want to tell the whole internet all about my past, to tell you the truth.

Let's just say that your thoughts are making me think...think...think...

Aren't most of the Cardinals sweet on choir boys these days?
