~ By Sue ~ I have been in this house for four nights now There is no way to heat this house The first night I was cold all the way through I think I should have moved further south With this being a real old house They said the floor furnace is broke I am chilled to the bone each day Maybe I will not croak How can anyone rent a house with no heat The ceilings are so high in this old place Electric heaters do not warm it much To warm it with so much more space You win some, you lose some, I guess For I am away from the other mess 12-31-02 |

 (big hugggssssssss) I too can't understand how selfish people can be and give you housing without heating to keep you healthy and warm, sweet friend, it is cruel but know things will get better and you will find true joy! SmartChick, I ejoyed this and related to it very much! Yep, you win some and lose some. Stay warm sweet girl and yes, the electric blanket is a good idea and if all else fails you can always use the house as firewood   (Just in case- this is of course is tongue and cheek - not to be taken seriously.)
