In faith we speak the poet's creed
to reach out to those souls in need,
to paint the truth and offer more
through words of hope and artist's score.

The black, the white and sullen grey
are held within our grasp today
each one supports, the others' there,
a dream of faith to show we care.

And who can tell who's holding who
for each supports with feelings true
and in the circle sealed by love
we, all give thanks to God above.

Connected by our inner core,
we speak the words of faith and more.
We hold to faith, with words of kind
and show the way from bitter bind.

We hold on tight lest fear should grow
from knowing all the things we know.
We walk by faith to hold onto
the others wavering, from this too.

Holding close we meld as one
and share this faith beneath the sun.
in faith, believing, all is well,
with outstretched arms from poets' tell.

And thus we find the way of peace
to hold faith tight brings soul's release

Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.  Unknown

This is outstanding, direct from your heart into mine. It flows so well and the intent is just so special.

Enjoyed.  Hugs and warm regards,  Pat

Keth beloved one, if it were possible to capture the spirit of your beauty, if it were possible to sculpt the essence of your soul then the result would stun all who saw such wonder. In this delight you have complimented and placed Sy’s etching in just the right setting. There are those who doubt that you are the poet I claim you to be, but no one who has a spark of empathy with art in their soul will doubt that you have written the perfect accompaniment for this wonderful piece of artistry by Seymour.

You know that I love this utterly utterly utterly, it truly is beautiful in both its style its form and its perfect flow

Love you always

A special thanks to Sy, who sent me this etching and reminded me, that there are good things in life that hold true long after the memory is faded.

Thanks to all who stopped by. I pray that whatever you take from this work will lift you up and keep you warm.

You have brought together the picture with the poem and left a feeling of love, Kethry.  You ARE a poet...

and I am pleased to say I know you.

Keth..this is a written masterpiece that compliments a sketched masterpiece...
how fortunate we all are to get to share in the magic of the both of your talents.
You found the wisdom and truth in Sy's lines and wrapped it in your rhymes.
Excellent writing girlie..a wonderful inspire and return of a gift.

It's over long before her fall from grace, she's never been this far from safe.

I bet when you finished this, and read it out loud, you smiled right?  I knew that feeling only once, when I nailed one dead on and this dear lady is dead on for one of the best pieces I do believe I have read.  It is certainly now my absolute favorite of yours and I didn't think I could ever find just one!  Congrats Keth.
