You want so much to be her friend,
Begin to love her now and love her till the end,
Show her how an Angel should be treated,
And yet, its by your love that you're defeated,

It was so easy overcome with joy,
My heart was bought and broken like a cheap toy,
I wonder if "I Love You" lasts for all of time,
For if it does, I'll be with you till deaths rhyme,

Those three words that came in such force,
That it left me walking the wrong course,
I've lost you for now and yet,
I never had - lets not forget,

Im sorry it had to end this way,
But its my fault, I will be the one to pay,
In my heart you will stay,
Until I die, that wonderful day.

Poetry of love...said in so many ways by
millions over thousands of years,  nicely
done..
