After the over is over and under
-- the over and under is under and over --
we're over and under the over and under.

See? No confusion.

That is an under and overstatement if I ever heard one!

Sorry, couldn't resist...

I read your poetry, but I usually don't reply for more often than not I don't understand it. But, I do like what you do with words...interesting!

warm regards,  Pat

Here's a breakdown. I was just in a good mood spiked with a bit of silliness, so used the same words over and over to try and mean different things.

After the over is over and under

After death is over and you're under...

-- the over and under is under and over --

Life and death is under and over

we're over and under the over and under.

We're above or below the cycle of life (heaven or hell?).

See? It *kinda* makes sense....

okay,

I hope I can get over this, though

sure was good to see your name come up here...have you been gone or have I

which one of us is back?

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.

How gracious of you....to respond...smiling here and I don't think I saw your last line when I commented.... just cause I don't comment doesn't mean I don't learn....you make me THINK! ...

Kinda figured that was what it was about.  Enjoyed, thank you, Pat

Glad you all enjoyed. And VAS, I've been kept very busy at work, so I don't post as much as I used to. The "heyday" is over. Now I'm settling into my twilight years, and I'm only 26! :-o
