I hate Mondays, it's bad enough going to a job I despise but there's something infinitely wrong with rising before the sun has I'd always meant to lobby my local government for laws against this But to get anything done you'd have to wake up early and that wholly defeated my purposes I hate Mondays it looms over Sunday and ruins my laze with thoughts of the week and hours of toil for little slips of paper that are out of my hand before you can really take hold Bills, rent, taxes and assorted misery of which there are no shortage of but are always compounded by the one day who's name I dread most Did i ever mention I hate Mondays? This probably isn't poetry as much as it is a rant but I thought I'd post it anyway. For anybody who feels the same. Sigh... [This message has been edited by Aenimal (01-05-2003 11:52 PM).] |

Aenimal, today was a monday and also the first day of school...i felt mildly depressed for the whole day..  But to get anything done you'd have to wake up early and that wholly defeated my purposes these lines made me smile big... |

Hey Raph! you read my mind, you knew i needed this. first monday back at college since the xmas holidays. i havent got up before 1pm in two weeks. massive shock to the system today. and the cooooold. the bitter morning cold. i hate waiting for buses. roll on friday. i love whingeing. lots of love gemma xxxxx learning each day, for you and i, our paths have met, i've already learnt that you are love. |
