A sip closer to the end,
Drenched with flavour,
You know i consume every moment.

Grateful, so grateful.
What was granted to me, will not be taken for.
Sadness at the depth,
Knowing no other will reach.
I've found you.

If i lost you? Oh if i lost you,
To the fate that brought such meaning.

Theres so much in every meeting of skin.
Prints upon prints,
Etching fingertip against your brow,
chasing along the worries,
that lay beneath.

Mutual
and known.

I shall never need to hear the words,
i see them in every moment of peace between us.
We know,
and that,
is like soul lifted to the light.

learning each day, for you and i, our paths have met, i've already learnt that you are love.
