Listen To The Quiet The sunshine morning brings clarity and the music of wind chimes to my ears Caught in my blessings Letting my own symphony rise In loving thoughts of you I will listen to the poems of my soul Sketching a day of love Glimmer shine shimmer Always thoughts of pure happiness Painting radiance upon my canvas In hues of tranquil warmth When I am tired Patience lost in the cold, Frozen ground of nowhere…. I need only to recall The warm feelings inside Of you and listen….. A cup of paradise Refreshing my parched soul I ask my heart to explain What are these feelings to exclaim? Tell me a new inspired mystery…… He kept silent Hush….. listen to the quiet Poetry is: Passion, imagination and intellect running together.
